Scheduling Your Interview
Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email from our admissions team on the next steps.
Please read through the email carefully as there is important information that you need to be aware of.
Pay special close attention to the meeting link which will allow you to schedule your interview.
After you have booked in your interview, you will receive a confirmation email which outlines the details of your interview.
So now you have an interview scheduled with one of our representatives. You're one step closer to securing your internship position.

We're here to get to know you better, discuss with you exactly what you're looking for and to find your ideal internship position.
Here is some important information to consider before you have your initial interview with AIP.
How Will We Get In Contact With You?
AIP interviews are conducted via Google Hangouts, which is very easy to use.
All you have to do is refer to the confirmation email of your interview booking and there is a link to join the Google Hangouts meeting.
Also, please be at least 5 minutes early for the interview because we have many interviews scheduled, and it's important for us to be time efficient.
In case you didn't submit your CV in the application form, please have it with you in a digital version to send to us during your interview.
If for some reason there are any technical difficulties at the time of the interview, we will contact you via email to inform you of an appropriate solution or alternative.
If you cannot make it to the interview or need to cancel, please refer back to the meeting link so you can reschedule for another date.
What Will Be Discussed In The Interview?
The first part of the interview will just be a quick introduction of yourself.
We want to get to know you better, not only from a professional standpoint but also a personal point of view.
The introduction is your chance to let us know what kind of person you are, which will help us get a better idea of what kind of company would suit you.
Feel free to discuss anything from your resume, hobbies, career and life goals, etc.
Confirmation of Internship Details
Now we will confirm the information you provided for us in the application form.
This information includes your primary choice of industry, destination, duration, and internship package.
If you want to make changes to any of these, NOW is the time to do so, as we need all of the information to be accurate.
Also, we will confirm with you your secondary choice of industry and destination, just in case we are unable to find you an internship for your primary choices.
At this point of the interview, we will discuss in more detail what exactly you're looking for in the internship.
For example, we would like to know why you're interested in your industry of choice, and what you want to gain from this internship.
This is also a chance for you to discuss what kind of tasks you would like to work on during the duration of your internship.
We're also interested to know why you want to do an internship in a particular country, as well as some of your past travel experiences.
There will also be some personality questions asked, which will help us identify which company will be the ideal place for you.
These are just a few examples of the kinds of questions you can expect to hear during your interview.
From here, your interviewer will give you a summary of the features that our internship program can offer you.

What Happens After The Interview?
After you have your initial interview with us, you will receive an email within 3 days on whether your application has been accepted or declined for our program.
If your application gets declined, please do not take it personally because we receive a lot of applications and our program is very limited.
If your application gets accepted, congratulations and welcome to the AIP family!
Please follow the instructions in your acceptance letter, and we will proceed to create your ideal internship position.
