Community Managers look after interns on the ground, and in more than four years at AIP Nisha has guided interns through every step, from visa applications and local housing to settling into the workplace. Born in Thailand and raised in India, she has traveled widely and adapted to many cultures, so she knows how exciting, and how overwhelming, moving to a new country can be. Fluent in English, Hindi and Thai, she is known for quick replies and calm, practical help, and she believes the right international opportunity can change someone's life.
