It is important to be sponsored by a licensed employer. This means that the work you plan to do in the UK must relate to the work of your sponsor organization. You can then apply up to 3 months before the start date of your work contract once you have secured your certificate from your employer. The certificate will include a contract date and it is important to not do your visa last minute as it can take up to 3 weeks to receive it. AIP visa assistance will ensure you have all the necessary documents to apply for the visa.
Once you have secured this you are eligible to enter the UK within 14 days before the start date of the certificate.
For more information regarding the Tier 5 visa and your eligibility, you can find it online on the UK government website so you can start your visa application today.
